A SPECIAL NOTE TO CONSUMERS:
Any contractor performing a job in which the total cost of the project including labor and materials is $500.00 or more must be licensed by the California Contractor's State License Board. For your protection, you should only select a licensed contractor.
It is also advised that you choose a contractor who is insured for personal liability, personal damage and most importantly carries workers' compensation insurance. You should always ask your contractor to furnish you with a certificate of insurance verifying that they carry workers' compensation insurance for their employees who will be working on your project.

Upon request, we can provide you with a certificate of insurance showing proof of coverage.
We recommend you contact the Contractor's State License Board and check the license status of any contractor you plan to use on your project.
